When it first opened, the service was adequate, although the restrooms were strange, tucked away in an alley and rudimentary.<br>It's rare to come here again, and now it's like this.<br><br>The enclosed area/main dining area smells like garbage. My son thought someone had vomited or something. The floor is sticky and dirty. When I got back, the bottom of my sandals still smelled from the sticky floor, and it was quite nauseating in the car.<br>The toilets were dirty, with feces everywhere. The men's restroom with a urinal had a broken pee valve, and it seemed to have been left there for a long time because it was designed to slide directly down the toilet bowl. It was like peeing on the floor, because when you pee and flush, it splashes onto the floor and hits your feet. It's strange.<br><br>When you arrive, you're encouraged to sit and select your order on a piece of paper. Previously, you had to go straight to the cashier, which made it long because you had to wait in line and choose from the cashier, which took a long time. I think this has improved. Just as I was about to go to the cashier with my order, someone came straight to the counter and was told to pick things up. This made me and the others who had already placed their orders on paper wait even longer, and the staff ignored it. The procedure was inconsistent.<br><br>I ordered four dishes, and two arrived. I looked at the receipt and the lady said they had all of them. "Oh, no, ma'am, there are two more, but they're not. It was clearly on the receipt. She quickly said, 'Oh, they'll be delivered later.'"<br>Okay, maybe they'll split them up. Halfway through the meal, the other two hadn't arrived yet. I asked another lady. She read it and said, "Oh, be patient, they're still making it." She then ran off, but no one checked with the kitchen. Sure enough, the missing one hadn't arrived yet. So I went to the cashier and asked why it hadn't arrived. I checked, and it turned out they'd forgotten. So the staff were acting foolish, just saying they were just trying to speed things up. The conclusion was that the service had gotten worse, even though the two staff members I'd asked about initially were different.<br><br>Hopefully there will be improvements because the noodles are quite delicious.
