McDonald's

It takes 1 hour to get the food. I just order the fried chicken and reg rice. I don't understand why it takes so long just for basic menu. Already told the rest. spv twice, but she defended herself and told that was my mistakes to choose any different of chicken, why don't just make all things ready so that won't make guest waiting so long. And the rest. spv doesn't say any apologize to us, what a rude services. Waiting for food for 1 hour make my apetite gone and stomachache. Really disappointed with this service, hope never happen again next time thanks.

We have been there a few times and most of the times they either forget something or get something wrong. Our orders weren't big or complex (for 2 people max). The service is slow and last time we went we got an upset stomach

I really like McDonald's, especially their burgers. But why do I always get stale drinks every time I buy through the drive-thru?<br>A while ago, I ordered a chicken burger dessert and a Sprite that tasted bitter, more like a soda, but the soda had lost its bland taste, not like the usual Sprite flavor.<br>I ordered a nugget package and a Sprite, got a large one and a free cola, and both were undrinkable. The cola tasted like stale tea but was fizzy, and the Sprite tasted old, like it was stale, not like the usual Sprite. I was disappointed. I should have drunk Sprite with ice cubes during the day, it was delicious. I threw it all away because I was afraid of diarrhea... Please check, don't just because you haven't dined in, it's hard to complain, and it's not cheap anyway.
