Shrimpis Restaurant

FOOD WAS REALLY BAD AND TASTED STALE. Me and my husband made zero plan to Seminyak so all we did was to rely on google reviews to decide our lunch and dinner locations. Given the many good reviews and average of 4.8 stars at Shrimpis, we were so glad we found a gem. Upon reaching, we were notified that there they were running a promotion of 50% off pastas. The horror came when the food came and we tasted unfresh octopus and mussels as if they were turning bad (or probably already bad). Fresh octopus should have that chewy texture but the ones i ate tasted really bad. Of course, it was not chewy. As for the mussels, there was no freshness and in fact, it tasted stale. I'm not sure if that's the reason for running that 50% off promotion and i see no point informing their staff about it. Upon reading the 1 and 2 stars reviews, i then noted that there were people who had food poisoning and landed in hospital. With that, we both quickly stopped eating our meal and left soon.... disappointing!!!

The day before yesterday, I got severe food poisoning from oysters. I'm still recovering.<br><br>UPDATE<br>Yes, I can give you more details!!! It was on March 17th in the evening. I ordered oysters.<br>Today is April 8th and I'm still sick. I've been in my country for a week now, spending money on doctors. All this because I've had dinner at your restaurant.

Last night i went to shrimp. Had their fresh oysters, and fish and chips.<br>Something was off cause today i am suffering a pretty intense food poisoning.<br>I would bet on the oysters.<br>Too bad they are not as fresh as advertised.
