Tandoor Indian Restaurant - Ubud

I got food poisoning from that restaurant in which I had to skip my flight back home, lying three days in Bed.

I really do not know how this place has so many good reviews. Surely fake or spam?<br><br>For fellow aussies - this is terrible! With a capital T. And not worth the hike, on reflection, no wonder its a bit of the way as i think it would be a crime to place this on the main street.<br><br>Starting with the complimentary stale crackers, i mean prawn crackers, it was at this point we should have realised it was indicative of the slop that was to come.<br><br>We ordered tikka masala and butter chicken with cheese garlic naans. Asked for both medium.<br><br>When they arrived the sauce was more akin to bali belly water and the taste was average which is being very generous.<br><br>The yeast, i mean the naan bread was terrible and seemed like it had been made by stevie wonder, the only thing that cooked it was the ambient air.<br><br>Rice - i think someone forgot to turn the rice cooker on or didn't wait for it to finish.<br><br>Overall super disappointing forgoing critical food real estate in my stomach in a place surrounded by so many good eatery's.<br><br>So if you want a curry that resembles no indian curry youve ever have then look no further, youve found it. If however youre craving some nice spice, keep googling.

Got Bali Belly from eating at this restaurant. Curry was also terrible and lacked flavour. Please avoid at all costs.
