Trattoria Amed

I'm a frequent diner at Trattoria in Amed and always good food. But, this last visit I was served raw chicken. I sent it back and it was recooked and sent back out. Was disgusting so I didn't eat it and left shortly after. The chef was not interested, instead on his phone, while the staff were left to deal with things. Admittedly I was not charged but the lack of interest by the chef was disappointing and so we won't be back. Nor will we take family and friends visiting Bali. To top things off, I have food poisoning from the weekend in Amed and can only be attributed to the raw chicken. A shame the chef couldn't be bothered to own his mistake---might have retained a good customer!
