My planning will be come, n we are here today .so happy, im arrived at 14.20 pm for lunch but 15.18 stf service tell me in 5 minutes clearance customer for photoshoot, can you amazing , first I arrived, stf service Very warm welcome, why don't tell before? The food is still on the table, not finished yet, but offered what to do to SPA while waiting , can you imagine after eating SPA, there is vomiting. this is the first and last time to come here. <br>Note: it is very polite to chase away guests, but it is too embarrassing and hurts the customer's feelings. Because I also work in hospitality, not recommended. I went there not for discount

Went to visit on 25th January 2026, and was extremely disappointed with the sashimis. Ordered the sashimi platter and every fish on it was not fresh. Unfortunately, I got food poisoning immediately and went to the doctor after 3 days to find out I got a stomach infection. The sashimi smelled awful and it was shocking to see they even served it to us. I complained to them straight away, and they were very accommodating and made us only pay for our drinks. However, their food needs to have better quality control because it was unacceptable specially considering the price point you pay here.

Surprisingly one of the most disappointing meals I've had in Sanur. For the price point and the ambience, you would have expected alot more. The place looks nice, and their marketing has been great i suppose (since that's how I chanced upon it). But food was terrible.<br><br>The only dish I enjoyed was the egg tart. The fried rice and beef tacos were average.<br>The sushi that followed all didnt meet our expectations. The sushi rice was mushy and when we feedback to the server, they tried to explain that it was meant to because it was japanese short grain rice. We have had our fair share of japanese food, so we knew it wad poorly cooked japanese rice and it was under seasoned. Even the ones from our Singapore supermarkets taste better.<br><br>I wasnt going to write a bad review as I believe perhaps the ones we ordered were a miss and they might do well in other dishes. But we got mild food poisoning the next day. Would not return and would not recommend.
