di Mare Restaurant - Karma Kandara

We had dinner at Di Mare two nights ago and ordered the seafood pasta, tuna, and chicken with mashed potatoes. Unfortunately, the food was not clean, especially the tuna, which seemed poorly handled. That same night I already felt bloated, and the next day I experienced severe vomiting. Even after taking stomach medicine, I've been unwell for two days straight.<br><br>This food poisoning ruined the rest of my travel plans -- I had no energy to do sports activities and couldn't enjoy other nice restaurants I had planned. For a restaurant at this price point, the food quality is simply unacceptable. Perhaps this also explains why Di Mare is not very popular in Uluwatu. I would not recommend this place -- there are plenty of much better options in the area.
