We didn't stay at the hotel but only passed by for lunch , the place is very nice and the aroma of coffee smelled amazing. However, food wise it was a not-so-good experience, the food didn't taste good and to make things worse, my son and I got ill with similar symptoms to food poisoning.

I don't usually write reviews. But I want to be honest about everything. Even in regular cafes, they offer water right away, a glass of water is required, but here that's not the case. That's the first thing. Secondly, I'll start by saying that I have a stomach ache and asked for octopus, not too spicy and grilled with a little oil. They brought me boiled, dry octopus on an empty plate, without a side dish. I guess that's just their menu for plain octopus. They only served the sauce, but it was very spicy, even though I specifically asked for a mild sauce. I just don't want to eat boiled, dry octopus; the menu says grilled octopus. I was hungry and hungry, and now I want to cry... Thirdly, it's great that you make concessions to your customers and offered to change the dish. They replaced the tasteless substance with a new dish, thank you! But friends, how can you serve octopus without anything? No side dish, no proper sauce, just rubbery octopus! Please note, I'm trying for you! I appreciate the offer of a substitute for the octopus itself, but I asked for the vegetables to be added separately... so it wouldn't be so dry.<br>The replacement octopus was almost identical, but now with a grilled flavor and asparagus. The sauce is melted butter. Either spicy but tasty, or melted butter. Choose what's best for you, especially if you have gastritis. The asparagus wasn't cooked at all, just placed raw next to the octopus. They could have grilled it and added a little salt. They also sliced the avocado and tomato separately on a plate, which was wonderful. I was very pleased that they didn't include it in the bill; they decided to compliment me on it that way, thank you! So, we replaced the grilled octopus with raw asparagus and melted butter. Thank you all, you're free to go. But honestly, I want to thank the manager who was worried. I told him everything was fine so he wouldn't be upset. But overall, I wouldn't come here again. This was my second time eating here, there's no third. Thank you for your attention.

The restaurant looked very nice and the service was decent, but we ordered two tasting menus at 450k per person for very little food. That wouldn't have been a big deal, but we had the unpleasant surprise of getting food poisoning that same evening. My friend and I were vomiting and had to use the bathroom! Very disappointed, especially considering the price of the restaurant in Bali! In any case, I wouldn't recommend it unless you want to get sick and ruin your vacation... it's definitely expensive to pay for being ill!
