Bebek Tebasari Resto

Dined at Bebek Tebasari Resto on the 2nd of June for my birthday dinner. The bamboo cabins create a soft ambience above the water. The starters were some of the best we had in Bali. Calamari and the garlic aioli was arguably the best ever along with the spring rolls and peanut sauce. Beef medallion was also very good. The disappointment and reason for a low rating was when the mains arrived and my tuna steak caused a tingling or numb sensation in the mouth, I suspected the fish was spoiled as I have no allergies at all. Upon returning the tuna dish to the kitchen, it was removed from the bill. My husband spent $2,000,000IDR at this restaurant. I thought the kind thing to do on behalf of management would be to provide my replacement meal complimentary considering I was served spoiled fish which is a food poisoning risk. The manager explained it was not complimentary and we moved on. The margarita was so overwhelmingly strong with tequila it was just not drinkable. Our waitress was so kind, courteous and her customer service was 10/10. She gave a genuine apology for the mishap when she served my birthday dessert along with a few team mates. I believe her name was Meri. Hopefully management have passed on our tip to our waitress. She was outstanding!

Food is way over priced , I ordered duck it was skin and bones I think they ripped all the meat out before serving it to , the food I wouldn't even it feed it to my dog , the food portion was a joke they count the pieces of pasta they serve, the taste of the food is bland no flavour I spent $60 it was a waste walked out and didn't want to destroy my dinner ate a decent place after that. All the positive reviews are all scams and lies , don't waste your time nor money there are so many nice places that sell good food. My sister that ate there went to hospital due to food poisoning from this restaurant.
