Santai Beach House

FOOD POISONING!! My boyfriend and I went to eat at Sumar one evening. We were delighted with the service. A romantic dinner with a guitarist and singer on the beach. The meal tasted excellent, but we both woke up the next day with the worst food poisoning of our lives (vomiting, diarrhea). The only dish we shared was the salad! I imagine they washed their salad with tap water, which is absolutely unsafe for tourists. I'm shocked that we got sick like this in such a chic and expensive restaurant when we've had no problems at all in other, much more affordable restaurants. Don't order any raw vegetables at this restaurant! And I hope you'll be more careful with tourists from now on!
