Highly not recommended!!!<br><br>I am very disappointed with how this restaurant handled a serious health-related situation. And before the incident happened I used to come here often.<br><br>This time After eating ramen here, I experienced severe nausea, dizziness, stomach pain, and could not sleep the entire night. I had not eaten anything else that day.<br><br>I contacted the restaurant immediately and tried to resolve the issue calmly and privately. While they apologized, they refused to offer any compensation unless I provided a doctor's statement. Unfortunately, due to the severity of my condition, I was physically unable to visit a doctor and had to rely on medication from a pharmacy instead.<br><br>Despite explaining this multiple times, the restaurant showed no flexibility, no goodwill gesture, and refused to provide contact details of management or the owner.<br><br>I am not claiming intent or fault -- but I am deeply concerned by the lack of customer care and empathy in a situation involving a guest's health.<br><br>Food quality aside, the way a business responds when something goes wrong matters just as much. In my case, the support was inadequate.
